2. Eligibility and agreement
You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and authority to use the payment method and any business name you submit. When acting for an organisation, you must be authorised to bind it. Before paying, read these Terms and the price shown at checkout. Your affirmative agreement at checkout applies to that transaction. Browsing alone does not authorise a charge.
3. What you receive
Each payment purchases a single publication and activation task: publishing your approved promotional placement (name, description and destination) for a keyword and activating that keyword’s redirect. The service is fully performed when both publication and redirect activation are complete, after successful payment confirmation. Continued display and routing until takeover are the result of that completed task. You are not purchasing a subscription or a guaranteed period of ongoing control.
You do not buy the keyword itself, our domain, a trademark, an investment or a permanent link. Another user may take over immediately; there is no guaranteed minimum placement duration. Placement may also end under the moderation and discontinuation provisions below. We promise no traffic, ranking, revenue, resale proceeds or exclusivity outside this service.
4. Prices and takeovers
A first claim starts at USD $2. The next required lifetime contribution is the current controller’s contribution plus the larger of $5 or 5% of that contribution, with the percentage increment rounded up to a whole dollar. You may choose a higher whole-dollar contribution. Your eligible, verified previous contributions to the same keyword reduce the amount you pay to reach the new level. Contributions are linked to an email and keyword; they are not a transferable wallet, deposit or cash balance. Refunded, reversed or disputed payments may require review before credit can be reused. A current controller cannot pay merely to raise their own price. See the pricing rules and examples.
Prices and contribution levels are in USD and include any applicable tax. The amount shown on your order review is the total to pay; the payment provider calculates and displays the included tax portion for your location before authorisation and on its receipt. Search previews do not reserve a word or price. A later controller pays for their own publication and activation; the previous controller receives no takeover payment. Competing payments or verification delays can prevent a paid attempt from taking effect. A payment we cannot apply is not a completed service. We will investigate and arrange any required refund or other remedy; payment alone does not guarantee that you won a race.
5. Payments and refunds
Payments are one-off; there is no automatic subscription. The hosted checkout and receipt identify the payment provider and, where applicable, the merchant of record. Their disclosed payment terms also apply to their services. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Payments for successfully completed placements are normally final. We offer no discretionary refund solely because another user takes over, you change your mind after completion, or content is justifiably removed under the disclosed content rules. This does not exclude mandatory refunds, remedies for failure to deliver, unauthorised or duplicate charges, or lawful dispute and chargeback rights. Contact support with your receipt reference if a payment fails, is duplicated or is not applied.
6. EU / EEA consumers and mandatory rights
For EU / EEA consumers, this purchase uses the fully performed paid-service exception under Article 16(a) of Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable national law. Before paying, you separately and expressly request publication and activation during the usual 14 days for withdrawal, and acknowledge that the statutory withdrawal right ends when that task is fully completed. Neither general acceptance of these Terms nor payment alone ends that right.
Once your requested publication and redirect activation are both complete, there is no remaining 14-day withdrawal right for that completed purchase. You can download your accepted agreement from the review page. After successful publication, our confirmation email includes your accepted Terms and acknowledgement. A failed, rejected or pending activation is not a completed service. If consent, confirmation or full performance is missing, we handle any rights applicable to that order under the law; contact support using section 1.
Loss of the withdrawal right does not remove mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defective performance, unauthorised or duplicate charges, or any other legally required refund. These rights remain available after a takeover.
7. Your email and public information
Use an email address you control and keep access to it. Email verifies eligible previous contributions and receives transactional messages; there are no public accounts. Your chosen name, description, destination and keyword activity can appear publicly, including in history after you lose control. Do not put sensitive information in public fields. Submit accurate information and only content and destinations you have the right to use. You retain your content rights and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and process it as needed for the redirect, public history and moderation. This does not transfer ownership of your brand or content. The Privacy notice explains personal-data processing separately; agreement to these Terms is not consent to optional marketing.
8. Prohibited uses
Do not use keywords, public fields or destinations for phishing, impersonation, deceptive affiliation, scams, malware, unlawful goods or services, copyright or trademark infringement, child sexual exploitation, threats, targeted harassment, incitement to violence, unlawful hate content or unlawful disclosure of others’ private information. Do not evade blocks, interfere with security, manipulate payments, generate fraudulent traffic or send automated requests that materially impair the service. Keyword availability is not clearance of third-party rights or endorsement of your use.
9. Reports, moderation and review
Use the report form for abuse or rights complaints, or contact the operator for matters the form cannot accept. Identify the keyword and destination, explain the issue and provide evidence and contact details where appropriate. We use automatic keyword and destination restrictions and human review of reports. We may disable redirects, restrict keywords or suspend control when reasonably necessary to address a breach, credible safety concern, payment dispute or legal requirement. Urgent action may precede notice. Where required, we will explain restrictions and remedies unless prohibited by law. Contact support for human reconsideration. Statutory complaints, appeals and court remedies remain available.
We will address substantiated infringement notices and repeated infringement appropriately. A report does not establish infringement by itself. Moderation does not erase required financial records. Remedies depend on the facts and applicable law; suspension does not automatically forfeit consumer rights.
10. External sites and availability
Destinations are chosen by controllers and can change on takeover. A previously safe short link may later point elsewhere. Paid links and public descriptions are user submissions, not our endorsement or verification of a third-party business. We operate with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or third-party availability. Maintenance, security incidents and matters outside reasonable control may cause interruptions. Report unsafe links promptly. This section does not exclude responsibility that applicable law places on us.
11. Responsibility and limits
Each party is responsible for its own unlawful conduct and breach. We do not exclude liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything that cannot lawfully be limited. Consumer remedies, mandatory digital-service guarantees and other non-excludable rights remain intact. We do not promise that your commercial expectations will be achieved.
For business customers only, where lawful and subject to those exceptions, we exclude indirect or consequential losses and loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity; our aggregate contractual liability relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD $100 or your payments to us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This business limitation does not apply to consumers. No clause requires consumers to indemnify us for our own conduct.
12. Changes and ending use
You may stop using the site and contact support to request disabling your destination. This is separate from a withdrawal or refund request. History and records may remain where retention is lawful. Updated Terms apply to future transactions after publication with a new version date. Changes affecting an existing service require any notice and choice prescribed by law. We will not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights. If we discontinue paid service, we will provide legally required notice and remedies for unperformed obligations.
13. Complaints, courts and regional protections
Contact support if you would like us to resolve a complaint, but this is not a condition of exercising statutory rights or meeting court deadlines. Include the keyword, receipt reference, issue and desired resolution; never send card details. We will respond within applicable statutory time limits. These Terms impose no compulsory arbitration, class-action waiver, shortened statutory limitation period or restriction on lawful complaints and honest reviews.
Applicable law and courts follow the relevant conflict-of-law and jurisdiction rules. Consumers retain mandatory protections and court access in their place of residence where applicable. US users retain applicable federal and state consumer protections; limitations prohibited by your state do not apply to you. Invalid provisions are ineffective to that extent; the remainder continues where lawful. These Terms create no immunity from claims and do not limit regulators’ powers.
